This model is inspired by a cuboctahedron by Meenakshi Mukerji. I would not sell these instructions since the unit has a small cut. I could probably eliminate it easily, but a substitute fold would probably make the unit considerably thicker. The cuts are not apparent on final product.
Each turbine makes a somewhat awkward stand for the model. Laying it on a triangular face might disfigure one or more of the nearby turbines a bit (though I encourage you to try this). You can see a good stand for it in the gallery.
I encourage you to try any assemlies other than the one shown in the instructions.
